The attack on Lhubiriha Secondary School in Kasese District, Uganda, resulting in the killing of 25 students and the abduction of an unidentified number, is a tragic and reprehensible act. We were saddened by the news of Fierce fighting across Sudan between a paramilitary group and the country’s army. Reports on 16th April 2023 showed that Clashes were witnessed around the army headquarters and presidential palace in capital Khartoum which involved heavy weapons and gun fire. By day 3, over 400 civilians had been killed
