During the 19th anniversary of the Afro-Arab Youth Council (AAYC), the guest of honor was His Excellency Elhoussaine rahmouni, the Deputy Ambassador of Morocco to Uganda. His presence as the chief guest added prestige to the event and highlighted the strong ties between Morocco and Uganda.
In his speech he called upon the importance of youth empowerment, cross-cultural understanding, and collaboration between Afro-Arab nations.
