KAMPALA, Uganda — The Afro-Arab Youth Council (AAYC) has stepped up its engagement with Uganda’s youth leadership structures following a high-level meeting between its delegation and the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Hon. Dr. Mercy Faith Lakisa.

The Afro-Arab Youth Council (AAYC) has congratulated Hon. Mansour Lambarki upon his election as Secretary-General of the Istiqlal Youth Organization of Morocco, describing his victory as a reflection of confidence in his leadership, commitment, and dedication to advancing the interests of young people.

In a congratulatory message, AAYC Secretary-General Hon. Dr. Abbas Agaba, on behalf of the Council, its membership, and his own behalf, extended sincere congratulations and best wishes to Hon. Lambarki as he assumes his new responsibilities.
