AAYC Hands over Iftar Items to Gaddafi Mosque.

This year’s Ramadan AAYC offered an Iftar dinner to over 1000  with Muslim at Gaddafi Mosque. This is the first time AAYC in partnership Arab and African Cooperation and Partnership Fund reached out to the Muslim community to handover food and alms  to the Muslim community members.

Some of the targeted groups include the Muslim members in the Mothers, Children, Orphanages, and the Elderlies among others. The food items include sugar, rice,  and cooking oil.

While receiving the food items at Gaddafi Muslim Headquarters, Hon Abbas Agaba the Secretary-General of the office of the AAYC thanked the Muslims for enduring there faith with Allah and urged them to continue praying and always give to the poor.

Many people rely on the mosque for iftar meals at the end of the day and we are happy that AAYC  are reaching out,” Hon Abbas Agaba said.
